Returns/Exchanges

All returns, exchanges, or refund requests must first be authorized by contacting our Customer Service Department.  

 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be new, unused and contain original packaging accessories.  

You have 30 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date of purchase for items purchased directly from Salt Lemon. Please note that only the original purchaser can initiate a return or exchange. 

A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented to make a return or exchange.  

All returns or exchanges must have a Return Merchandise. 

Please note that additional shipping and handling charges will apply. If the return or exchange is a result of our error or defect, you will not be charged for return shipping and handling. 

Important Note on Items Purchased Through Authorized Retailers: Customers should reach out to their original point of purchase within 30 days to fulfill a return or exchange prior to contacting Salt Lemon to file a warranty claim. 

Refunds

  • Refunds can only be initiated by the original purchaser and will be issued to the original method of payment. 
  • Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, you will be notified regarding your refund. 
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. 

cancellation

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or edit the order. If you no longer wish to keep the item after receiving it, contact customer support to initiate a return. The item must be in brand-new condition and returned in its original packaging.

Final Sale Purchase

  • No Return or Exchanges: Only items labeled as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Exceptions will be made only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped—provided the issue is reported within 7 days of receipt.
  • No Price Adjustments: Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for price adjustments or price matches under any circumstances. The pricing of final sale items is fixed and will not be modified after purchase.
